Jeff Gaul is currently Head of Global Store Development at Nike
Prior to joining Nike, Jeff held the position of SVP, Store Development at Sephora, the LVMH owned leader in global prestige beauty retail.
At Nike, Jeff is responsible for leading an aligned and strategic vision for Global Store Development across all Nike Store concepts. Including new and existing stores around the world.
Jeff leads concept execution and design across all markets through a strong interface of both Global and local Geographies. Leveraging a matrix organization to drive a future view of development while creating a strategic roadmap for sustainable growth.
Responsibilities also include real estate governance, lease administration, developer negotiation, strategy, marketplace mapping, construction and facilities.
Key Competencies include leading and embracing change management while fostering teamwork, vision and purpose.
Jeff’s prior roles include: SVP of Global Store Development at Chico’s FAS, Inc. for over 10 years in a variety of roles each with increased scope and responsibility. In addition to Chico's, Jeff held real estate leadership roles with Core Power Yoga, part of the L Catterton private equity portfolio, L Brands, Gap Inc., and Books-A-Million. Additionally, Jeff is a past State Retail Chairman, current Board Trustee and an active speaker for the International Council of Shopping Centers Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida and is the proud father of two daughters.
